This moment is the only time there is...
and not even that....
gone already....

If it isn't "a lovely ride..."
Identify the thought that tells you it's not...

*What does your mind tell you is not perfect?
*What do you need to be different to be happy?

Write it down (This stops the mind. 
Now you can look right at that one thought.
It can't slip away...)


 Ask your Self

1. Is that really true?


Wait 
Listen
Feel
Sit for as long as it takes to find an authentic "yes" or "no"


Find out for yourself from your Self

If the answer is "yes",

ask again,
2. Can I absolutely know that is true?

3. Notice how do I react (internally and externally)/what happens when I believe that thought?  
Breathe... 
Relax...

4. Imagine who or what would you be without that thought?
Take  your time...allow...there's no rush...

5. Turn it around--Find the opposite of the original thought. Find three specific concrete examples where this opposite is true.
